About the event
As part of the wider IOP 2026 international experience, participants will take part in a five-day Peru Observation in Lima from 12–16 November 2026.
The Peru Observation is a distinct international cultural and professional observation component associated with the wider IOP 2026 experience. It does not change the core identity of IOP 2026 as a six-week Africa–Brazil programme (26 October – 4 December 2026, São Paulo & Brasília).
It provides opportunities for international cultural observation, professional exposure, cultural exchange, creative-industry observation, networking and exposure to Peru's cultural and entertainment environment.
