IOP 2026
IOP 2026 is a six-week professional capacity-building and cultural exchange programme connecting Africa and Brazil.
As part of the wider international experience, IOP 2026 also includes a five-day Peru Observation in Lima from 12–16 November 2026, providing participants with additional opportunities for cultural observation, professional exposure and international exchange.

The International Orientation Programme is a six-week intensive professional capacity-building and cultural exchange programme connecting Africa and Brazil.
IOP 2026 creates opportunities for African professionals to learn, collaborate, build international networks and experience professional, cultural and creative environments in Brazil.
Through intensive learning, mentorship, cultural immersion, international observation, professional networking and the Agriculture & Art Summit in Brasília, IOP 2026 creates a platform for meaningful Africa–Brazil cooperation.
The programme also includes a five-day Peru Observation from 12–16 November 2026, providing participants with an additional international cultural and professional exposure experience in Lima.

Leading the academic and creative direction of IOP 2026, Ambassador Prince Kojo-Hilton brings decades of international production and cultural diplomacy experience to the training of Africa's next generation of creative leaders.
Co-Director — IOP 2026
Ghanaian-born cultural practitioner based in Brazil, working across musical performance, cultural mediation, African drum and dance teaching and music education, with practical knowledge of the Brazilian cultural environment. As Programme Co-Director, he supports the coordination of the programme's cultural exchange, participant engagement and Brazil–Africa cooperation activities.
Co-Director — IOP 2026
Cultural producer, environmental manager and urban planner based in Brasília, with work spanning sustainable architecture, bio-architecture, permaculture, visual arts, capoeira, popular arts education, cultural heritage and community development.
