Benjamin Owusu-Ansah

Benjamin Owusu-Ansah leads the IOP 2026 Course Programme in Professional Capacity Building and Cultural Exchange, and tutors the Cultural Diplomacy, Digital Media and Creative Technology tracks. Known as #TheEventOxygen, he is an exceptional public speaker and team-building facilitator with a diplomatic approach to event facilitation.

With over six years as a master of ceremonies, he has hosted more than 300 corporate events across Africa and beyond — including the 3i Africa Summit (Bank of Ghana), the ICT4D Conference, the National Online Safety Summit, the SEAT Africa Summit, the Africa-Caribbean Business Trade Show and the Africa Human Resources Summit — engaging audiences from more than 70 countries.

He serves as Ambassador for the African Seasoned Speakers Network (Afsesnet) and Ambassador for SEAT Africa, and works as a Public Speaking Trainer at SPEAKWELL Institute. He was named Best MC of the Year 2023 at the Ghana Starlight Awards.

Benjamin holds a BSc in Computer Science from Regent University College of Science and Technology, a Certificate in Foundations of Incident Management (Cyber Security) from Carnegie Mellon University, a Diploma in Business Computing from the Ghana-India Kofi Annan ICT Centre of Excellence, and an International Diploma in Computer Studies (NCC, UK). He blends this technical background in technology, cybersecurity and digital forensics with his facilitation practice.
